"Lord, when did we see you hungry...?" Each Lent, Catholic families across the country unite to put their faith into action through prayer, fasting and almsgiving. Through CRS Rice Bowl, families learn about how our sisters and brothers across the globe overcome hardships like hunger and malnutrition, and how through Lenten alms, we have the power to make the world a better place for all. Epiphany Parish's Social Justice committee will be featuring speakers, educational materials and recipes to join our brothers and sisters in Solidarity. Speakers involved in ministries within Honduras, Jordan, Guatemala and Zambia will be presented via Zoom at 7 pm on Thursday evenings during Lent beginning with an Introductory session on the Catholic Social Teaching principle - Solidarity by Social Justice Committee members on March 3rd at 7 pm.
