Children's Liturgy of the Word

Children's Liturgy of the Word during Sunday morning Mass at Holy Family. This is a special opportunity for children ages 4-7.

During Children’s Liturgy of the Word, the young children leave the sanctuary with a Catechist for the Liturgy of the Word to hear the scripture readings proclaimed and explained at an age-appropriate level.

These sessions are not faith formation classes. Rather, the children hear the same Mass readings as adults – but in simpler terms that are easier to grasp.
